The Pomodora Technique - the productivity time management tool
Productivity
What is the Pomodoro Technique?
25 minutes of focused work - either picking a task that takes 25 minutes or breaking down a large task in 25 minute intervals
5 minute breaks between each 25 minute interval
15 or 30 minutes break is taken after four consecutive work intervals. Grab a lunch, have a walk or read a book
Why is the Pomodoro Technique?
Taking breaks allows you to continue doing what you are doing. Refreshing your brain taking a break going for a walk can allow you continue working at full concentration.
This keeps you moving in your life goals without getting burnt out
How to implement the Pomodoro Technique?
Using a Pomodoro App - Eg. Forest, Session, Pomodot & etc.
Blocking breaks in your calanders, ensure that you don’t forget to include breaks as not doing so will not allow you to manage your time properly and will demotivate you and impact your productivity in a negative way
In your breaks try to do tasks that exert a small amount of energy. Low energy tasks
